CASE STUDIES

Case Study Notes

Short, anonymised notes that explain how we think — not marketing guarantees. Each item is framed as a representative narrative or internal project where client detail is not public.

Capability snapshots: portfolio · services.

Representative narrative

Documentation workflow cohesion

Context. Teams exchanged versioned files over chat; approvals were hard to reconstruct.

Approach. Discovery mapped states and owners; we shipped a focused workflow UI with immutable event history suitable for operational audit — software only; legal interpretation stays with your counsel.

Outcome. Fewer duplicate drafts and clearer ownership at handoff. Velocity depends on adoption; we do not promise a specific percentage gain.

Representative narrative

Checkout stability before peak traffic

Context. Intermittent payment edge cases and unclear error paths ahead of a planned traffic window.

Approach. Instrumented logging, reproduced failure classes, tightened validation and retry boundaries around the payment provider contract, and added operator-facing diagnostics.

Outcome. Reduced ambiguous failures and faster triage. Third-party payment networks and issuer behaviour remain outside our control.

Internal project

Vendor callback consolidation

Context. Multiple SaaS tools posted webhooks into ad-hoc endpoints; on-call noise was high.

Approach. Single ingress service with schema validation, idempotency keys, structured dead-letter handling, and dashboards for replay.

Outcome. More predictable operations and safer retries. Does not remove the need for vendor-side incident response.
